Personalised nutritional support just for you.

DipNT, mBANT, CNHC

Using functional-based approach, I work with individuals to overcome undesirable symptoms and optimise their health so they can live the happy and healthy life they have always dreamed of.

After working in fashion for over a decade and combating my own health issues, I decided to become a Nutritional Therapist, dealing with large variety of health issues and a special interest in fatigue, digestive issues and autoimmune disease.

With me you get the warmth and support of a non-judgemental friend with the knowledge of an experienced professional, who will go above and beyond to find the root cause of your symptom(s). We will tap into your lifestyle choices to try and understand what may be holding you back. Together we will work on a bespoke plan in order for you to pursue a healthy and happy life, as I have achieved this for myself. You will have my support throughout this journey while you, with a bit of determination, navigate through the important transitions to work towards your wellbeing.

I have a passionate commitment to help people improve their health through diet and lifestyle changes. I use a holistic approach backed up by science.

My story

I TRULY BELIEVE THAT EVERYTHING HAPPENS FOR A REASON. IN 2012, A MERE TWO MONTHS AFTER MARRYING THE LOVE OF MY LIFE, UNKNOWINGLY, MY WHOLE WORLD WAS TURNED UPSIDE DOWN.

I found myself in bed, exhausted, suffering from what I thought was a very bad flu virus. A few weeks had passed and I wasn’t getting better. Despite sleeping 20+ hours a day, I was paralysed with exhaustion, aching all over. The simple act of brushing my teeth was too much on some days. Many appointments and tests later, I was diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS).

CFS is a condition poorly understood and lacks support. The doctors told me I had to live with it. I refused to accept that, after all, I had been a perfectly healthy and active young woman until then. And this is where my journey into nutrition began.

I was determined to get better and be myself again. I needed to understand what had caused my health to deteriorate without any obvious explanation, and I enrolled to study Naturopathic Nutrition at CNM to find the answers.

I am happy to say that changing my diet and lifestyle, having found the right nutrients to feed my body has changed my life completely. The journey took time and it wasn’t always easy, but I now feel better than ever and I want to help others feel the same…

My Credentials

I am a qualified Nutritional Therapist, graduated from College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM) in London, a world leader in the field of Nutritional and other Complementary therapies.

I am fully insured and registered practitioner and have met the stringent requirements for British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy (BANT) and the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC), the council which sets industry standards to ensure best practice for therapists and their clients and is recommended by the UK Department of Health for Complementary and Natural healthcare services.

Since graduating I continue to undertake regular training to further my skills and keep up-to-date with the latest scientific research in the field of nutrition.

My Mission

I believe nourishing food is a right, not a privilege.

With each package I sell I want to make a small contribution to support City Harvest Charity to “make a big impact on hunger and food waste”. Because even a tiny stone can create a massive ripple when thrown into the water at the right moment.
