The First Session
The first session is all about understanding you and includes:
Initial 90-minute consultation
In depth health & lifestyle assessment to explore symptoms and their possible root cause, family history, medical history etc.
5-day food diary analysis
Nutritional Therapy Questionnaire analysis (completed by you prior our initial consultation)
Current medication and nutrient interaction evaluation (if applicable)
Personalised nutrition plan to address your desired health goals, fully researched, formulated and emailed to you within 48 hours
Supportive lifestyle advice to assist your progress
Resources (recipes and handouts) relevant to consultation
Personalised supplement recommendations (if necessary)
10% supplement discount
GP referral letter (if necessary)
Recommendations and interpretation of NHS or functional tests (if necessary)
3 x 30-minute follow up consultations
Follow up consultations help monitor progress and develop your programme further and are usually scheduled 4 weeks apart. Any testing that has been carried out will also be discussed and interpreted during these consultations.
Updated nutrition and lifestyle plan after each follow up consultation
3 x bi-weekly 15-minute progress review calls
Kitchen and pantry detox
Exploring foods and cleaning products that may be impeding your goal of achieving optimal health.
Gold Package is structured over 3 month period. Unused sessions expire after 16 weeks
